Stephanie A. is the Founder and Managing Director of Open Your Mind, LLC Coaching & Consulting. She is the Author of four self-published books: “Pieces of a Poet”, “The ABCs of Commanding Your Day", "The M.E.G.A. MiNdSeT Workbook", and her latest book, “The ABCs of Empowering the Next Generation”. She is also the creator of the M.E.G.A. MiNdSeT Workshop Series and the M.E.G.A. MiNdSeT Movement.

Stephanie A. has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from Benedictine University, an MBA and an Educational Corporate Training Certification from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership from Quincy University. Prior to embracing the field of education in 2007, Stephanie A. worked in the financial arena for over 15 years as a Certified Consumer Credit and Housing Counselor, Life Insurance Agent, Mortgage Loan Specialist, Mortgage Loan Underwriter and has held an Active Illinois Real Estate Brokers License since 2000.
She has mentored, coached and inspired thousands of women through her powerful Women's Conferences, Symposiums, Women's Day Events, Motivational Small Group Forums, 1-on-1 Sessions, Thought-Provoking Panel Discussions, Prayer Brunches and Annual Women's Gatherings, with the ultimate goal of bringing Women together for Life-Changing Experiences. Stephanie A. has also taught and mentored thousands of teens and young adults in schools, churches, community organizations and youth development groups such as Upward Bounds, Americas Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club of America, YMCA, Jack & Jill of America, The 2Gethers Foundation, Focus Fairies, Pretty Me Inc., Gyrls in the Hood, Jumping Juniors, Chicago-Area Schools and more.
